TKO GYM is based in Tenerife, one of the few places true High Altitude training can take place. Mt. Tedie is the highest peak in Europe reaching close to 3000 meters above sea level. High altitude training must be at least 2200 to be effective. The flat terrains and excellent roads allow you to reach and train at these levels, making the location one of the best in the world for High Altitude preparation. TKO GYM Tenerife, is based at the base of Mt. Tedie, in the mountains of Chayofa. 20km from the airport, and close enough to all amenities. Adam Booth

Adam Booth has been involved with boxing, in multiple capacities, for over 25 years. Currently one of the most sought-after trainers and managers in the sport, Adam began his passion for boxing at 11 years of age.

Over the course of the last 9 years Adam has expertly guided the European cruiserweight champion and current WBC number one contender David Haye to the upper echelons of world boxing. It is a standout achievement and one which Adam has seen progress since the very beginning. In addition to training and managing David as a professional, Adam also trained the London star in the amateur ranks – a relationship that peaked when Haye scored silver at the 2001 World Amateur Championships (becoming the first and only Briton to reach the final of amateur boxing’s toughest tournament
