TKO GYM is based in Tenerife, one of the few places true High Altitude training can take place. Mt. Tedie is the highest peak in Europe reaching close to 3000 meters above sea level. High altitude training must be at least 2200 to be effective. The flat terrains and excellent roads allow you to reach and train at these levels, making the location one of the best in the world for High Altitude preparation.
