TKO GYM is based in Tenerife, one of the few places true High Altitude training can take place. Mt. Tedie is the highest peak in Europe reaching close to 3000 meters above sea level. High altitude training must be at least 2200 to be effective. The flat terrains and excellent roads allow you to reach and train at these levels, making the location one of the best in the world for High Altitude preparation. TKO GYM Tenerife, is based at the base of Mt. Tedie, in the mountains of Chayofa. 20km from the airport, and close enough to all amenities. Our altitude camps will prepare any athletes for fourth coming events. High altitude runs, full on sight gym, and top class trainers will prepare you for a world class performance. Current champions such as David Haye, Nicky Cook, Kevin Mitchell are all currently preparing and training along side amateurs climbing the ranks. Mount Teide, is situated 6200 ft above sea level. It is the highest point in Europe, making it the ideal location for high altitude training. TKO GYM, not only offers the expertise in this field, but also has 5 star facilities to accommodate up to 20 people.
